These live online classes focus on finding fundamental connections between mind and body for more freedom of movement.

We use a unique and evolving method informed by experience and respectful of the latest in scientific research . Classes are taught with unique cues and sequences that improve the communication between brain and body.

Classes are taught in a language your body understands.

Our monthly membership offers four classes per week in addition to anytime access to all replays for the month. Other previously recorded events will also be included making this a terrific learning resource for the curious student or Pilates or Yoga teacher. Each month has a theme where we work on an assortment of exercises that affect either an area of the body or a fundamental movement pattern. Through novelty, variety and repetition the body learns a new way of doing things.

One of the key areas of focus is on core stability and how this impacts balance, coordination and freedom of movement.

The teachings in these classes is dynamic and ever evolving. You will learn the what, the why and the how of movement which can be applied to any sport or activity in daily life.

Workshops

Deepen your movement IQ

Each month we offer a workshop which can be purchased separately.

Save Your Shoulders... a two part workshop that brings awareness to the relationship of the shoulder blade and the rib cage. Through a carefully blended exploration of movements taken from Somatics, Yoga and Pilates and Myofascial Release, you will befriend your shoulders and release habitual tension and rediscover the joy of freedom of movement . Your investment... $60.

Fix Your Feet... this workshop will help you bring awareness and some much needed flexibility and strength to your feet. You will understand the important role of the foot and how it impacts on whole body stability and how working on your feet affects how you walk, how you stand and how you balance. Your investment... $40.

The magic in these workshops occurs when you practice the work on an ongoing basis therefore you will have access to each workshop for 60 days.
