At 69, I am living my passion.
I love teaching women how to get stronger, move better and reclaim confidence in themselves and their lives.
I know what it’s like to live in an ageing body. It can be a challenge. Especially since our culture sets the bar very low for women over 55.
I just don't accept that.
I've designed a process that will keep you feeling younger than your years in mind and body.
I love to hike and swim and ride my bike. I enjoy good conversation and movies that make me cry. I love to curl up with a good book.
